The tiki roof covers the majority of the boat and will continue the tour in light rain.  The captain reserves the right to cancel a boat tour at any time due to unsafe weather conditions.  

If your captain determines that the trip needs to be canceled due to weather or any safety reason, you will be fully refunded or rescheduled.   If your trip needs to be canceled, your captain will try their best to give you the most notice possible.  The tiki boat will not operate in any unsafe conditions. 

If you cancel your tour more than 48 hours in advance, you will be given the option to reschedule or offered a full refund. If you cancel your trip between 24 and 48 hours prior to departure, you will be given a 50% refund. No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of departure will not be given a refund. 

Please arrive 15 minutes before departure time.  Late arrivals to the dock will cut into your tour time.  Please consider heavy traffic during peak season.  

The captain reserves the right to end a boat tour at any time due to behavioral issues; this will not result in any refund. ​
